was so nice. Saturday I scrapped, ran, then went to Paola's so we could go to Marni's birthday party.
So much fun. It was small but hilarious. Paola and I introduced everyone to "would you rather" except we didn't have the cards so first we jusr remembered all the ones we could off the top of our heads. Then Marni's boyfriend Brian thought of having everyone anonymously write one. Then we read them all and discussed. Then we tried to guess who wrote what. It was too funny. Here are some of mine to ponder: Would you rather have roller skates for feet or baseball gloves for hands? and Would you rather only wash your hair once a year or only brush your teeth once a month? Those are hard ones, right? I won't share some of the more off-color would you rathers. Suffice it to say, Brian has an interesting imagination and was quite specific. Marni made Mexican food and margaritas and there was cake and ice cream too. So good. Paola and I had sushi before we went over, but it's not like I've never eaten two dinners before.
Sunday, Paola and I spent the whole day walking. We walked to TJ Maxx and the Gap but didn't buy anything. Then we walked our way over to Min Ghung and had more sushi. Yes, we had Min Ghung for dinner, then for lunch the next day. Our new favorite is "enter the dragon."
It's salmon-tastic. I spent all the cash I brought with me this weekend on rolls. And that's OK. So delicious.
We're getting so close to the end of the school year and I'm so excited and relieved. I can't wait for summer. There's beach week, of course. AND yesterday I bought my plane tickets for CHA in Chicago. I've never been and I'm so excited! I can hardly wait.
And one more thing: Thank you so much Tia! I was so excited when Tia Bennet asked if she could feature me over at two peas in a bucket for National Scrapbooking day. Here's the link to the little feature on me and all the lovely things she wrote. She totally made me blush. This is the lovely Tia:
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
